The purpose of the California Association of Agricultural Labor (CAAL) is to promote the long term success of the farm labor contractors it represents by training them on California regulations covering safety, civil rights, compensation, and other similar matters; representing them during government inspections and investigations; and advocating on their behalf in local, State and Federal government.
